The Relationship

Reynolds Lake Oconee came to us to update their website. We took a new approach to their branding and applied it to a design system that would seamlessly translate over to their production site.

We updated their typography, brand colors and tone of voice. After approval of their new brand guidelines, we dug in and started to optimize their site to be more modern, interactive and engaging. Broken into 5 sprints we re-imagined the homepage, real-estate pages, Golf pages, Lifestyle pages and integrated salesforce as their primary CRM.

The golf pages required quite the challenge. Reynolds lake has 7 unique courses lined across beautiful Lake Oconee. We designed detailed course pages that highlight each course hole by hole utilizing fly-over drone video. We had to work closely with Amazon web services to establish server speeds that could handle 18 high quality videos on each page. The final product is a polished unique take on golf courses that allows users to explore each hole of a course in detail.

Reynolds lake Oconee offers some of the most premium homes in Georgia. We wanted to make sure that each listing page was highly interactive and engaging with future homebuyers. It also needed to be mobile frst since a majority of their traffic comes from paid social and email promotions. We sought out to create a listing page that had large scale images and video so that users could really understand how impressive these properties really are. Along with redesigning the listing pages we also revamped their realtor pages to make them more personal. This addition allows the realtors to use the Reynolds Lake Oconee site as their own personal website with all of the listing past and present ready for future buyer to dig in and learn more.
