The Relationship
Sealed Air corporation came to us to help re-imaigne their website and build a design system that would sustain the scale of their global website. Sealed Air is a global company and operates in 9 different countries and needed a website that was not only a great user experience but have the ability to support 15 different languages.
We created a mobile first modular design system that Sealed Air’s content team could use to build out their new webiste in the Adobe Experience manager platform. We partnered with a large development firm Blue Acorn and Sealed Air’s IT leadership to create 17 distinct page types and 35 different moduals that can be mixed and matched by content authors to create any page design imaginable.
During our 5 sprint design phase each page type and modual was wireframed, tested and then tested again using the usertesting.com platform to ensure our design and visual branding was validated.

01. We started with an immersive discovery phase
Digging into website performance and the competitive landscape and interviewing key Sealed Air stakeholders. We then refined the personas into five targeted segments that combined the most essential personas with similar traits. This established clear priorities and allowed us to develop strategies that more effectively served segments on the website.

02. Experience Design
Throughout the design process, we conducted internal and external user testing to validate design decisions and ensure that we provided a positive user experience for each segment and innovative solutions for current issues facing SealedAir.com. This included creating contextually relevant forms with qualifying conditions to gather the appropriate information for all leads and distribute them to Sealed Air for further segmentation.
Based on these clearly defined priorities, we created a new, modular website and design system that easily navigated each target segment through Sealed Air’s solutions and introduced them to a new digital product catalog featuring faceted navigation for quick browsing.

03. Elevating the Sealed Air brand with engaigng content and storytelling.
Sealed Air is the industry leader in sustainable manufacturing. They have a very large content team and we were tasked with creating a robust set of blogging and story telling modules that would support their work.
We created 2 specfic page types and 7 different blog modules to make all the articles unquie and fresh. This new design is used a a digital marketing tool for lead generation, and this new design has incresed leads in this specfic funnel.
